Improves strength, mobility, balance and body awareness while supporting controlled, guided movement through spring assisted resistance.
Stability Chair Pilates
Challenge balance, control, and precision with resistance based supportive apparatus work.
Pilates for Foothealth
Healthy feet are the foundation of movement. This session strengthens and restores balance in the feet, improving posture, stability, and whole-body wellness.
Spiral Stabilization
The Spiral Stabilization method was originally invented in Europe. It uses specific exercises with elastic resistance to activate spiral muscle chains throughout the body. This approach helps create space between the vertebrae, improves posture, relieves back pain, and restores healthy, balanced movement. It is highly beneficial for spinal health, injury prevention, and overall mobility.
