The Pilates Method

At Strom Pilates Atelier I teach a contemporary approach to the classical Pilates method, known as Stott Pilates. This method honors Joseph Pilates’ original principles while integrating modern knowledge of rehabilitation and functional movement. Every session emphasizes precision, control, and functionality, empowering you to build strength, improve alignment, and enhance overall movement quality.

Mat Pilates

Improves stability, body awareness, mobility, balance and strength through controlled mindful movement on Mat.

Reformer Pilates

Improves strength, stability, coordination, balance and body awareness through controlled, resistance based movement.

Tower Pilates

Improves strength, mobility, balance and body awareness while supporting controlled, guided movement through spring assisted resistance.

Stability Chair Pilates

Challenge balance, control, and precision with resistance based supportive apparatus work.

Pilates for Foothealth

Healthy feet are the foundation of movement. This session strengthens and restores balance in the feet, improving posture, stability, and whole-body wellness.

Spiral Stabilization

The Spiral Stabilization method was originally invented in Europe. It uses specific exercises with elastic resistance to activate spiral muscle chains throughout the body. This approach helps create space between the vertebrae, improves posture, relieves back pain, and restores healthy, balanced movement. It is highly beneficial for spinal health, injury prevention, and overall mobility.

Pilates is my passion, a source of strength and joy in my own life, and I love sharing that with others. My approach is mindful, progressive, challenging, and always tailored to your needs. In my home studio, you willl find a calm and welcoming space where we can move mindfully together. My goal is to help you feel stronger, more self-aware, and confident in your movement.
